The majority of models shown on our website have been hand carved in Lauan or Meranti solid kiln dried wood and hand painted by our own highly talented master craftsmen. The model you receive will be identical in looks and quality to those you see in the thousands of photographs on our website.
Unfortunately, even a photo cannot fully bring out or show what you will see or feel in real life once you receive your model. There is no substitute for a custom bespoke hand made and hand finished model that captures the exactness, looks and flare of the original aircraft.

If you do not find the model you require in our extensive database we can make a customized model of your own or favourite private or civilian airplane, fighter or military warplane, helicopter or airship by sending your specifications and digital images through email to info@modelbuffs.com or alternatively submitting our Made to Order Form. We cater to all the main names in aviation history such as Boeing, Piper, Airbus, McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed Martin, General Electric, Embraer, Gulfstream, Eurocopter, De Havilland, Fokker, Saab and many more. Any plane type painted in any livery or paint scheme and made specifically to your specifications including a custom base with your choice of logo and or plaque. A full quotation will be given within 48 hours and digital images will be emailed to you for approval before final dispatch.
Most of our models are normally made to order and take about 10-12 weeks* (Updated on April 08, 2022) to manufacture (even customized models) which is far quicker than most other companies who charge more and take longer! You will also notice that we offer standard models at prices way below other companies advertising on the web because we ship directly from our factory and not through other marketing or distribution companies. Models are shipped through FedEx,UPS or DHL Express Courier Service and delivered door to door worldwide within 2-3 business days whether it be across the Pacific or the Atlantic. Each model includes a stand of your choice and export packing in 300-pound strength cardboard boxes with closely cut foam inserts to ensure the safest possible "ride" for your airplane model.
